This website's new home is at www.212warriors.com. EVERYTHING that was on this website has been combined at the new site. Photos, stories, guestbook, vet info, the whole nine yards. You may have to hunt a bit, but it's all there. Check out the Photo, History, Reunion tabs. If you have ANY problems, contact me at webmaster@212warriors.com
I do not have the software needed to expand or improve the veterans.org website. It is built on a different platform than what I am using and I am not an expert with HTML. I am open to hearing from you if I have overlooked anything. If you still want to access the 212veterans.org site, just click on the "Continue" link.

The GUESTBOOK will function from either site because it will open in a different brower window. When you are done viewing or signing in, just close that window and you will return to the website. If you are in 212veterans.org, just click on any of the menu items to your left to return.

Today I fixed the Guestbook links so they are back in operation. 95% of the website has been copied over to www.212warriors.com now. All photos by individuals are listed in the "PHOTO INDEX" and if photos had a reunion theme, they were placed in "REUNIONS". Historical accounting's were put either in HISTORY, or BATTLE STORIES under RESEARCH. I should have the rest of the site moved over and operational this week (combined Guestbook, Locator information (veteran emails) and "did you know this vet". IF you discover anything that does not work either here or at the new website, please use the "contact" link or email me at webmaster@212warriors.com so I can fix the problem. The site is very big now and I cannot test everything as much as I would like to, I will miss something. Hope you enjoy both sites.
P.S. - I have set up the webmaster mail to be forwarded so I will get an alert anytime there is mail, so I should be on top of that situation. Please read the 8 December message to make sure you are aware of all that is going on.

This website has a new webmaster now. The idea behind this website was to keep alive the memories of our times in Vietnam and of friendships kept alive over time.
Over the next month the information in this website will be moved and combined with another website, www.212warriors.com. You will still have access to this site during that period. The idea of combining websites is to better share each site's history and photographs from one location. It is also to better promote the ability to reconnect friendships though better communications.
I hope that you will share my enthusiasm in taking on this project. Thanks to Ron Hendricks for trusting me in this effort. Thanks to Ray Cassidy for starting up this website and to those who have contributed to it's success.

A recent attempt to contact 2/12 veterans by email failed due to bad
addresses. Rent is coming due at the end of the month and some of the
veterans expressed interest in helping pay for the site. If you want to
chip in contact the caretaker at caretaker@212veterans.org
Also need a volunteer to take over maintenance of the site.
